DEFENSE - Mike Washington cornerback, Richard Wood linebacker, and Greg Johnson and Lee Roy Selmon Ends, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Washington, Wood and Johnson each returned a interception for a touchdown (Washington also had an interception that set up a field goal) while selmon had three of Tampa Bays five quarterback sacks. OFFENSE - Lawrence McCutcheon running back Los Angeles Rams. McCutcheon rushed for a 152 yards on just 17 carries (better than 8.94 yards per carry) in Los Angeles 23-7 victory over Atlanta it gave McCutcheon 1,206 yards for the season (a team record) and 5,491 for his five year career, breaking Dick Bass 1960-1969 club mark of 5,417 yards.
Former Leesburg High School, Florida State University and NFL player Greg Johnson (Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Colts, Tampa Bay Buccaneers) will make his second appearance on The Lake County Sports Show April 21, 2012. Johnson is one of only four players to have their Number retired at Leesburg High School.
