LEESBURG, FLORIDA - Former University of Arkansas WR Crosby Tuck will coach the wide receivers for 3rd year head coach Randy Trivers this season at Leesburg. Tuck has been working with a young receivers corp after the graduation of D'Mauri Jones (University of Miami) and Juilliard Roberts. His career was cut short due to injuries and has been welcome to the Leesburg staff with open arms.

He completed a standout prep career with 220 receptions, 4,344 receiving yards and 52 touchdowns for Coach Josh Floyd according the University of Arkansas website. He made 78 catches for 1,640 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior. He averaged more than 100 yards per game in earning Morning News All-Area honors. As a junior, he hauled in 67 passes for 1,443 yards and 16 scores. As a sophomore, he had 75 catches for 1,261 yards and 15 TDs. Rivals ranked him the No. 50 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 9 prospect in the state. Scout ranked him the No. 95 receiver in the country and No. 10 prospect in Arkansas. HawgSports.com listed him at No. 9 on its Natural 21 while Hawgs Illustrated listed him No. 8 in Arkansas. In baseball at Shiloh Christian, he was honorable mention all-state, and earned all-conference and all-conference tournament honors. He chose Arkansas after also considering Central Florida, Oklahoma State and Kansas State.

Born July 29, 1988, he is the son of Greg and Becky Tuck. He was named to the Lon Farrell Academic Honor Roll for the 2007-08 academic year. His mother lettered in volleyball at North Carolina-Charlotte in 1976 and at Oklahoma State in 1977 and ’78.
